A company that specializes in getting people out of timeshare contracts is opening an office in Fort Lauderdale. America's Consumer Advocacy Group will move into a 5,691-square-foot office on the 4th floor of the Cypress Corporate Center in January. It will be ACA's second South Florida location, said Gordon Messinger of CBRE, who represented landlord HS Capital in the lease negotiations. The office will initially employ 15 people, but ACA expects to double the staff, Messinger added. Jake Weiss of the Easton Group represented Glendale, California-based ACA.
