Following the unexpected appearance of a Snowy Owl in a short stretch of Cypress suburbs last month, which generated flocks of residents and bird enthusiasts turning out to catch a glimpse, locals speculate the bird may have moved on earlier this week. Though locals claim not to have seen the bird since Monday, officials from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife are also monitoring for new owl sightings. Community members remain hopeful for another sighting as well. 'She's just so beautiful, I hope she's still here,' Cypress resident and retired nurse Carina Silva told The Epoch Times.
