Another location of In-N-Out Burger may be coming to the Cy-Fair area in the near future. In-N-Out filed a permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in August 2022 at 28320 US-290 in Cypress. The filing lists the project as new construction with an estimated completion date of June 8. The cost of the project is estimated to be $1.5 million for the 3,887-square-foot facility. Details of the project are subject to change. However, Mike Abbate, the company's assistant vice president of real estate and development, said In-N-Out is hoping to open the restaurant soon.
